Siemens 810T - PLC Error

roberth Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi i have a Hardinge CHNC lathe with a Siemens 810T control the battery went flat in the machine after being stood for a while. i have reloaded the CN1PAR.16 File and CN1PLC.14 when i turn on the control i get a PLC Error message full error is ORD 1 PLC Stop this is the only error i get, no NC alarms or other PLC errors is there something i have missed doing or should look over, the control will allow us to make programs etc just seems the PLC is not starting/running properly.

roberth Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	hi thanks for the reply here is what i have done todate at frist the control was dead, press power on and nuthink, so doing the, hold in service and power on button brought up the inital screen at frist i just reloaded the CN1PAR File so put TEA TEA2 SEA sections back in putting data bits in for PLC. this brought the control alive but still had the PLC error so i throught maybe it had lost the PLC also as its been stood for some years (brought as a non working control) this still did not fix it. so next i did a full reinistial reset from service menu (power on & Service key) Clear Comm inital Clear NC comm CLease PLC comm NC Inital, Format User Mem reload CN1PAR.16 file to control reenter the databits for PLC (PLC comm > user data > service) (still PLC Stop error) from NC power on then carried onto doing full control reload Service Key > PLC Initial > PLC Clear NC inital format alm-text & Clear part program reload CN1PLC.14 i can clear the message with alarm acknowledge key and reset button but it does not come back, and no other erros come up, no Estop message etc. thanks for your time,. robert

roberth Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Here is list of errors i get when i turn on the control 6032 PLC: User Mem range (PLC0002) accouting to manual this means, PLC Memory Organisation is wrong PD-MD 0002 NC Alarm screen is empty/no errors PLC alarm screen just shows 6032 error message Also 6000-6023 (which im sure im right in sayin are just user alarm messages) thank you Robert
