fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 9/2/2025 Posts: 3049 Rating: (1062)	Hello lalit latest CPU315-2PN/DP(6ES7 315-2EH13-0AB0) has 256 KB work memory and while you can use a 128 KB MMC for it, youroverall program size will in this cae be limited to128 KB. Cheers Fritz
