CPU 315-2DP insert MMC when no connect and SF LED ON and Stop LED Flashing

My PLC CPU is 315-2DP (6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0) Firmware V2.0 My PLC insert MMC after turn on plc SF on and Stop LED Flashing (2Hz). i try MMC reset PLC switch MRES a few second PLC STOP LED Flashing(5Hz) PLC switch stay stop SF LED off and STOP LED flashing(2Hz) and MPI, DP no connector but MMC no insert PLC Turn on Stop LED on and stan by is my PLC I can connect my plc. why my plc this problem how to solve this problem i attached my plc diagnostic buffers. very very thank you Attachment 315_2DP_Diggnositc_buffer.pdf (639 Downloads)

If you have SIEMENS PG, or external prommer, put in the MMC to PG or PROMMER, and open Step7. In STEP7 have a little memory icon. Press this button, and after that the STEP7 give a message: the MMC is not formatted, can you make a fromatt process? pres yes. And than wil the MMC work correctly. IMPORTANT!!!!!!! if you don't have a PG or a prommer DON'T USE MEMORYCARD READER, becouse this reader delete the MMC header, and after you CAN'T use anymore............ Regards Zenta

Switch to MRES and hold for 9 seconds, then release Switch MRES. But within 3 seconds Switch it back to MRES and hold for at least 5 seconds.
