Normally your program is stored in MMC automatically when you download program to PLC. Therefore if you want to store whole project in MMC card you must choose menu in Step-7 "PLC --> Save to Memory Card", but I don't think it will be enough 128k to store whole project. Maybe project is very small tehn its ok.
