s7-300 with two simultaneous HMIs

eipasar Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	could anybody enlighten me on why our system which has (1) s7-300 cpu being accessed by two HMI status running simultaneously, one of the HMI looses it data after a few weeks. network connectivity is fine, which means i can ping the other HMI as well as the CPU... Help! F1! Help!

eipasar Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	our system is using CP 343-1 module using TCP/IP protocol connected to a network switch wherein the 2 PCs+WinCC Flexible is also connected. Only data is being lost, not the network communication. by the way, thanks for the prompt reply...

jdcer Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi eipasar, I have the same situation, I have an op177b and wincc runtime running at the same time. I have a few times ######## on my op I/O field because of the screen saver enabled at the OP. It is not really a physical disconnection but rather a energy management is occuring in the OP. It would probably the same condition in your other HMI. Hope this helps. jdcer
