Do you want a REAL number back as an answer or a DINT?
These are available to you:

(Yes, Step7 Classic has those too.)

For REAL number as an answer ->
Rounding to the nearest: ROUND
Rounding up: CEIL.
Rounding down: FLOOR.

 If you just type ROUND you can see there's already a function for that. On top of that, if you press F1 on it, it takes you to "Conversion operations", there you can find all the rounding types you need (ROUND, CEIL, FLOOR).

 Thanks, i was only looking upder Math functions, and not under conversion.

However, the CEIL does not operate as excel does

I have this

I_Order = 11

SheetsPerTrolly = 51

NumerOfTrolleys becomes 0 instead of 1 (11/51 = 0.215xxxx)

#NumerOfTrolleys := CEIL((#I_Order / #SheetsPerTrolly));

 No, the inputs are int, rtemp is real..

EDIT: changed one of the in variables to a real and now it works as expected.

Are both of the variables of type REAL?

 If you divide 2 interers, you will always get a whole number and since it's < 0, you're pretty much trying to CEIL a zero.

I managed to "translate" my excel-sheet formulas into this

I'm surprised TIA portal doesn't warn you about possibly losing sign or accuracy when mixing 2 different data types. I would be a bit careful with that.
