It works on another laptop, for the same hmi. Something is missing on the first laptop. |

Hi Ziemens, Please check if the option is grayed out because this is a Runtime (RT for flexible) that is running on an IPC or PC unit, since this feature is only for HMI panels. If not, and as ChristophD has said, I recommend you use the Compability Toolt o check the compatibility between OS of this latpop and installed software. |
