I have a problem with my license.

Try to create support request on Support page. Page not accessible for weeks. Noticed the is an app and downloaded. After filling in all the information i got a message thank you for your support request, but get no service request number. Request not showing in app and on mySupport cockpit. 

Desperate need my license back.

are you sure, the app is connected to your account?

Please try again a support request but delete all cookies before.

Yes, my app is logged in on my account.

After deleting cookies on my computer, the support request page was accessible. I filled in the support request form again.

After ending and confirming, the request is not showing in the MySupport Cockpit under Myrequests
