Hi All,

I'm running TIA Portal V17 UPD2 with Startdrive Advanced V17 UPD1 (Latest available) with all HSP's loaded and I'm having issues uploading a pre-configured S120.

The S120 was configured using Scout V5.4.3.0 and I have attempted the following:

It is detected OK in TIA as an accessible node, when I then try "Upload device as a new station", it appears to load everything, but then fails at the "Creation of the components" stage as per the attached screen grab

I initially started with S120 firmware version V5.2.3.9, but then dropped this as a test to V5.2.3.5 when I saw the alerts regarding hotfix 6 and hotfix 9 and connection issues with TIA V17.(channel monitoring) so I downgraded the S120 firmware to Hotfix 5 of V5.2.3

There is a double motor module, but both drives are configured.

I really don't want to have to reconfigure these drives from scratch in Startdrive as not only is the package terrible, but there are free functions galore.

Thanks Techteam, I did not know that document existed.

I initially suspected a 1FK7 motor, but I see that is supported, but what is not supported is "Migration of STARTER projects"

I've just used a GSD file for now, but the customer really wanted an integrated project.

Is the eventual plan for Startdrive to replace Starter and include ALL hardware & functionality?
