please find the value of IW132 in the attached photo is (1508) in hex. 

to convert it to units is it represent

1288 in units(decimal)   i.e (6.28 volts)

OR 

760  in units(decimal)  i.e (3.71 volts)

and how to convert it ??

to convert the value of the analog input you can use the integrated function

FB250 - RLG AE

With this function you can convert the input of your IW 132 to a value.

Please look at the manual of the S5-115U in chapter 10 and 11
S5-115U Progammable Controller
