reading transmitter 4-20 ma loop with 24V

2rostkar Experienced Member Joined: 10/11/2014 Last visit: 12/20/2025 Posts: 86 Rating: (1)	Hello when reading a 4-20mA loop from a transmitter , analog input goes to 27648 cos of a 24V on transmitter output. transmitter has aux 220v power analog input is 6es7331-7kf02 and configured in 4 wire. Is there any solution?

Do you have the measurement adapters correctly configured? SIMATIC S7-300 SM331; AI 8x12 Bit Getting Started part 1: 4 -20mA

Romasxp Posts: 87 Rating: (6)	What kind of sensor do you have? Because some vacuum sensors on 0 vacuum gives 20mA and at full vacuum 4mA, So you will have about 27648 on no vacuum.
