Hello I'm Esio. I'm trying to peform a commissioning  with STARTER, but I cannot select the drive. IN the accesssible nodes appear: " Bus node(adress = 1, no type info avaiable).
When I try to create a project with wizard using acces point DEVICE and set interface USB.S7USB.1 a error occurs. The message is "Error occurred while determining the
accessible nodes (life list).
I already installed some SINAMICS packages version, but the problems remains. A picture shows the installed devices for CU250S-2 vector.

If someone could help. I have already tried a lot of corrections, but they haven't worked.

I'm using the following software and hardware products:
DRIVE ES - Starter - V.5.3.03
SINAMIC G120 - Control Unit CU250S-2 USS
SINAMICS Power Module 250

Hello,

did your operating system detected your drive correctly? Did you check system devices, where you should have Sinamics G120 device? Is it working correctly? There could be some conflict in device settings (COM port number, IRQ, DMA, etc.).

You can try to remove Sinamics G120 device and let the system detect it again.

Or you can connect drive to another USB port, system will create another instance of Sinamics device.
