SIMATIC PDM is not able to identify device and shows some message

Hello, I am using PDM 9.2 and trying to identify HART 7 device with EDD. After clicking on Device Identification button, PDM shows status as "device type could not be identified unambiguously" What can the reason behind this status? Please see the attachment. Note: Device is responding the commands correctly. Check below HART trace.
