Based on the prior reply, you may have guessed with the s7-1200 web server, you need to break down the DTL components into separate boxes on the HMI - and recombine them in the PLC using LOGIC.

-OR- create a block that accepts a string from the HMI representing a DTL.  This may be painful since you cannot restrict the HMI input box to DTL when it is configured to accept WSTRING or char array.  If you go this route, you may need many end-users / operators / technicians / engineers to test it for you so you can "***-proof" the input box and string-> DTL conversion.

I've already created and opened my webserver.

Furthermore, I want to send a DTL value to my CPU with this web server, but my DTL value on the CPU doesn't change.

I'm giving you screens of my HTML prog, and the variable value.

Show us your security configuration for the web server - to indicate it is allowing write access to the web server.

Show us the html used to perform the write on your custom user web page.

Compare your project with Siemens sample project writing values from a user web page.

I'm trying to program a simple button to send a value to an INT variable for the CPU 1212C DC/DC/DC.

When I go online with the CPU, the variable doesn't take the value I send with the webserver. 

I don't know why it's not working.

Any ideas ?
