I am trying to find out why the Citrix WebNavigator does not work as expected. 

First, the faceplate popups for all types of objects (motors, valves, setpoints etc) work sporadically. Can not trace it to any special happening. Even after reboot of OS Client that web client is connected to nothing changes.

Second issue is that the button tag point by tag is greyed out independent of what user i am in. Have tried elevated maintenance user without success. Tried removing the visibility script, then the button was doing nothing instead.

1. Faceplate toppic
   Since it works sporadically, I think you should open a Service Request. link
   
2. The tagpoint browser toppic
   This functionality wont work on the web client. This functionality works only on a normal OS client.
   You can find clues in the script regarding checking the registry keys.
