And if I set 0 sec, after this window isn't available, so how can I unmake it? I mean how can I change it from 0 to 3 sec?

 You can make a button to the HMI, where you can stop runtime and move to the OS. You can even make it so, that only on a certain pasword level, the button is visible. That way normal operators don't even know it exists.

When I turn my HMI on to hit the setting or the transfer bottom my HMI doesn't show it. How can get access to the setting bottom to upload the program to USB?

I'm going to use this image but It doesn't light the square transfer and setting. It just let me click on the start button. Anyway if I don't click on start button the systems goes straight to the open the program.
