Hi to all , I have a problem with a TP700 comfort HMI who died during an OS update with wincc v11,

now I am trying to do a OS update with reset factory but prosave wont  detect my TP700. I've do the following :

windows firewall is of

antivirus is of

pg/pc interface is set to iso

Split from HMI stuck in bootloader screen: how to fix?.

In my case the HMI was stuck in BootLoader screen, not found in TIA or ProSave. The only solution that might work, besides call Siemens Services for a replace, is do a backup pendisk. Use this tutorial:
