Sirs, On a LOGO 8.1, I require to have different analogue output ranges for a 0-10 volt analogue input: Input 0 to 3 volts would give 0 to 3 volts out, 3 to 5 volts input would give 2.5 to 4.5 volts out, 5 to 10 volts input would give 4 to 9 volts output. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is a linear equation every time.

The formula for this:
Input value * Gain +Offset

Example:
Input range = 3.01V to 5.00V
Output range = 2.50V to 4.50V
Input value = 4.00 V

Calculation of the Gain:
(Output value Max - Output value Min) / (Input value Max - Input value Min)
Gain = (450 - 250) / (500 - 301) = 1.005

Calculating of the Offset:
Output value Min - Input value min * Gain
Offset = 250 - 301 * 1.005 = -53

Calculation of output value:
Input value * Gain + Offset = 400 * 1.005 + -53 = 349 = 3.49 V
