Problem with installation of LSC 8.4

I can´t continued on the installation because i have warning message. Unable to execute the desired program. Please get another copy of the installer and try again. Can you help me with this problem?. Any solution? Last version of LSC is 8.3.0

Confirm also - you are trying to upgrade the existing software to version 8.4 -- right?

I tried to update to version 8.4 Reading the message you speak of, sounds as if.. a) the download is damaged b) unzip procedure did not do its task properly c) installation attempted without activating admin rights in windows d) trigger the installation for non-windows operating system e) problem with the Java runtime component f) installation blocked by some security software g) the installation cannot find the old version h) the old install version is a demo software First check the checksum that is provided for the file download. Verify that the download you have has the same checksum. The rest of the possible problems you need to go through too. Then you are armed enough to contact Siemens as the expert @ixo65 suggested.

LOGO! Support Posts: 399 Rating: (47)	Additionally to the above infos I can tell, you need Windows administrator rights. And please ensure you use the correct setup. There are setups for Windows 32 bit and 64 bit. And if you use a setup without Java, you need to install it first, e.g.: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/corretto/ LOGO! Support
