Hello everyone,

I have a Deckel maho DMU 35 and the machine has been transfered to other location, after i installed it the machine showed PLC alarmes so i reloded the backup files after that the machine only run in ISO mode and shows '700100 : FM Error Shopmill ASUP run-up' Alarm and there is no Shopmill softkey.

Please can anyone help me.

When you say you "reloaded the backup files" what memory areas did you reload? NC, PLC, Ghost image / PCU20 ABB?

Did you back the system up before reloaded the data?

You say MMC archive rather than .ABB file or Ghost image, so your machine has a MMC/PCU50 based hardware (not PCU20?)

I have no idea about that but when i start an old program in ISO mode in the machine i get 'shopmill program not executable as not tested by shopmill' alarm.

I'm referring to the piece of hardware which hosts the HMI Advanced / HMI embedded software and runs the Shopmill. There are a few variations of hardware this could be, you'd need to check on the physical machine, behind the operator panel.

Without a clear picture it's difficult to answer. But if you want to upload the NC archive I can have a look through to see what is currently present
