Holzher 7113 - Sinumerik 810D - Feedrate Override 0% Issue

venchan Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone, I am facing a problem with a Holzher CNC router using sinumerik 810D. After loading the nc generated program and starting it I get stuck at "Wait : Feedrate Override is 0%" (as per the attached picture). Spindle does not turn, but freezes and waits for a signal. Same applies for the drilling unit. All cables and the hood sensor ( this sensor is activated when the hood is lowered before routing and triggers the signal for spindle start) are working. In fact all led are lid the same as if the machine is working, even routing time is counted. Strange thing is that when the hood lowers its sensor always turns on (led indication on), but the spindle does not turn. If I am to move the sensor (magnetic operated) in order to switch it on and off (several times with precise positioning, speed and timing) ... I can start the spindle. But then as soon as the routing stops,the hood goes back up and the sensor is turned off... and you start all over. Sensor is working as I have switched it with another one from a different location. I guess something after this sensor is causing the problem, but it can not be tracked. I can fool the sensor (and probably something else) by mooving it out of its place and placing it near a magnet (precise possitioning of a, stronger than the original, magnet as the indication lid on is not enough) to be always on (spindle starts rotating parallel with the hood going down), but as there is a time limit for it to be running on I get an error. Drilling works for as long as there is no error (around 5 seconds). Is there a way set that time to infinitude untill we find where the problem is? Annoying is that when you turn off the power of the sensor you cant simply turn it back on, but you need to move the magnet in order to get the right signal to "somewhere". Relays controlling this matter in the cabinet are working fine. Any suggestions are welcomed as production is delayed. Attachment pic.jpg (460 Downloads)

Not sure what is the correlation between the table and feedrate override. Suction pads seem to work fine, as well as the base location limits. There must some changes when you turn the Override switch Also check the PLC Interface signal DB31.DBB0 there are the Destination for theAxis Override. There must some changes when you turn the Override switch Also you can check the digital Input from your Override switch to verify the works correctly
