Hi all

I am facing problem with my HMI is only showing ###### pound symbol.....

I have a ready-to-use project from WP321 siwarex. I implemented a couple of alarm messages for HMI using HMI alarms with TP700 Comfort V15 (6AV2 124-0GC01-0AX0).

Without those alarm messages, the original project, + some UI errors (e.g., max weight > gross weight, etc., implemented myself), I can see the value when I put weight on my load-cell  Z6FC3 200 kg., even i unplug the hardware siwarex wp321, i can see the error UI from my hmi.

i_CMD_CODE. sending 1

bo_CMD_TRIGGER, is triggering

bo_CMD_FinishedOK, TRUE.

bo_EN_CMD is TRUE.

However, when I use my implemented the HMI alarm, I only see a few second of the value then only ##### sign showing on HMI but on my PC at s_IO_DATA_PROCESS_VAL_1 , i can see the value, is changing along with my load cell. And one more thing.... my service mode is not working anymore when i used HMI alarm.

i_CMD_CODE , not sending 1 anymore.

bo_CMD_TRIGGER, not triggering

bo_CMD_FinishedOK, False.

but bo_EN_CMD is TRUE.

here is what i checked.. my communication is ok, my PLC, HMI tags are correct.

When I run it, as I described before - only #### sign. showing.

so if i want to enable the service mode and want to see the value again.. .i have to re-download the original project into my PLC again and of course my alarm message is not showing anymore since it is the original project. (which is not the right to do it)

So my modified HMI is still there and i can see the value but my alarm messages are not showing/pop up anymore.

But again when i download my modified (only alarm message) PLC code, then i can see the alarm message but the values are disappeared and #### symbol is showing.

With alarm messages, show value 8 seconds then #### showing. Service mode is not working.

Did i make sense to you, what i am writing above? :)

BTW: if i used simulation, it work. NOT problem whatsoever.. but with hardware..... problem occurs.
