I have newbie question what for are the ports called F0/1/2/3 in this module :

6ES7 136-6BA00-0CA0

I was searching in documentation and it seems like this are some sort of "sensor supply outputs ?" does it mean that they are just for powering the safety sensors ?  Also i was wondering if its supply for short circut test.

F0 through F7 are the channel fault LEDs. VS0 through VS7 are the internal sensor supply terminals for input channels 0 through 7. It is not mandatory to use the internal sensor supply, but using it allows you to configure short-circuit detection.
