We have a problem in our drive the fault is excessive drive losses trip and after reset the drive start normaly.

What is the possible causes of this fault.

What could be causing your line over-voltage?  Has the load speed been increased recently which causes the DC brake (if you have one) to work harder.  Does the drive fault during off, on - ramping up, on - steady state, on - ramping down?

What kind of drive?  Part #?
