I have a project that folder chart is empty but there is blocks in block folder,

I want to know , can I restore charts from blocks or not?

I'm afraid not.
When all CFC charts are deleted, the blocks remain within the block folder.

Did somebody deleted the charts by hand, then I guess not.
Did the system corrupted your project, may-be Siemens Technical Support can help you.
