Having a few issues with my process historian recently. I appreciate if anyone can provide guide or idea to my questions! Thank you!

1. (Image 1) Master process historian be in "starting state" for almost 5 days. I tried to shut down the PH but it does not work, and the PH still in starting state. Anyway to properly force stop the PH or what should I do?

2. (image 2) Before 1. happen, my master and standby PH have good connection and can receive data from server normally. However, there are no archive segment stored in my PH. Did I miss out any configuration?

3. (image 3) I tried to remove principal from my standby PH to make it standalone (for troubleshooting purpose), by clicking "disconnect" under redundancy>remove principal. However, my standby PH still in standby mode, and from image 1, you can observe master PH is already in standalone PH

* I have two PH01(standby) and PH02(master, but in standalone mode now)
