I can not setup STARTER 5.5 HF1, The fault is: 

The installation files integrity check was not succesful!

Details see log file CheckIntegrit.log

Setup will be aborted without installation!

Note:

With silent installations, the SetupMode.ini file must be copies into another directory and change.

The Setup.exe must then be called with the <path>\SetupMode.ini parameter.

Please remove the orginal zip files from the installation directory! 

Only the actual setup should be in the installation directory.

It needs to look like this:

\...\CommonFileFolder\01_Readme\
\...\CommonFileFolder\02_OSS_Information\
\...\CommonFileFolder\03_Manuals_SINAMICS_DCC\
\...\CommonFileFolder\04_dcblib\
\...\CommonFileFolder\HELP\
\...\CommonFileFolder\InstData\
\...\CommonFileFolder\Unsupported Tools\

Note:There must be no additional files (or even the original zip files) in this target directory.

you must unzip the 3 Zip files into a single folder, then run the installer
