   • Note: CEMATRS.exe should only run on servers that contain the WinCC database (such as the SERV and SINGLE stations) and not on client machines.

2. Firewall Blocking Connection:

   • The firewall on the servers might be blocking communication between the object list on the client and the CEMAT Route Selection Service (CEMATRS.exe)on the servers.
   • Check if the firewall is active, and ensure that the CEMAT Route Selection Service is allowed through the firewall to avoid any connectivity issues.
