The EIO (Extended I/O) subsystem on the IOT2050 requires proper setup and configuration to persist across reboots. The files need to be extracted to recipes-app/iot2050-eio-manager/files/bin before building the image.

Please have a look at our meta-iot2050-github.

If the issue persists please connect a UART cable to capture specific boot logs for the EIO initialization error.
