Hi, 

I am comisioning a S7-1200 and TP1200 comfort panel, i have downloaded to both devices and I can access them through tia portal and by pinging them. The problem is that the HMI does not want to communicate with the PLC and gives me error 190011 when I try to send bits. 

I can't think why that is the case and I could not find anything online, and I made sure that the tag connection is correctly defined for my tags.

I have a connection between the devices through TIA portal set with the ETHERNET interface. And no password set for the PLC. 

One thing that I am not sure of is the access point setting, currently it is set to ''S7ONLINE'' but I am not sure If i need to change this. 

Both devices are completely new out of the box, i have also updated the image on the panel to V17.x

The transfer setting in the panel settings is also set to PN/EI. And the IO device in profinet setting is OFF. 

is there anything else i would have to do to configure this communication? 

What HMI version are you using?

It's been mentioned in other posts, try updating the time on the PLC and HMI so they're the same.
