My question is what is the minimum version of TIA PORTAL and what is the minimum firmware of the CPU 6ES7 211-1AD30-0XB0 to establish CPU broken MQTT communications? Is it possible to update the 6ES7 211-1AD30-0XB0 V2.2 CPU firmware to make MQTT communications possible?

You will need a S7-1200 CPU with FW v4.4 or higher

The mentioned CPU can not be updated to FW v4.4
