Hi, First, you would need to get the unit up and running again. Updating the operating system in maintenance mode should get the panel working again. Unfortunately, all existing project data will be lost. It might help to boot into maintenance mode once and reboot without doing an update. This might be worth a try if you need to keep the data. The observed behavior is new to me, it should not happen. You should make sure you have a current image version installed on the panel (even if you have an older version of the engineering installed, you can use the latest version on the device). And if you do not have at least bootloader V9 installed, I would recommend an update. Kind regards |
