First of all, sorry for my bad english.

I have an issue with my MTP1000 Unified. I used it as a tester to do some variable archive. All gone well, before I open the RTILTraceViewer this morning. I had many errors and fatal errors, telling me that the Trace Queue is full.

After that, I stop the Runtime. The panel throw me a general error, and it suddenly stopped. I waited about 10 minutes, and it didn't restart. So I unpluged it, waited another 10 minutes, and pluged it.

It's been about 20 minutes after I pluged it, and I only had the 'welcome page' (see the attachement).

I think I broke it 😢

I will try to reset my Unified Panel with ProSave, and I'll text you back.

I followed the procedure to display the "Maintenance Mode" to reset to factory setings the MTP1000. 

I had only one diffrence than before : the 'Welcome page' is not blue, but gray instead. I don't know if it's important, but nothing happend after that. 

I think something is supposed to be displayed like a special menu or something, but I have nothing here.

Therefore, I cannot update the OS, because the panel is not in "Maintenance Mode", so my problem remain unresolved.

Yeah, I try every possible solutions, but still cannot reach the bootloader update user interface.
Let's go send it to repair center.

Hello everyone,

I returned my MTP1000 panel to my supplier, who then sent it to Siemens. It was sent back to me shortly afterwards, and now it works.

However, I don’t have any report to share with you, so the mystery remains unsolved.
