We are in the middle of developing Siemens PLC library with WinCC Unified HMI v19, testing is ongoing and soon will start our product conversion from ECS to WinCC unified.

At this stage, we have a doubt about Tags counting procedure in Unified Comfort Panel.

We have a main concern with above Tags limit. Please clarify these below concerns. Can you please clarify these below questions.

1. which tag counting information we can consider in Unified for limit calculation, number of tags or number of used tags?  The below snapshot is from our new Siemens library.
2. What about power tags, is that also to consider while Comfort panel tag limit calculation
