Can't read licenses when opening Tia Portal or Simatic Manager

igor.lima.brazil Member Joined: 7/11/2019 Last visit: 7/14/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have done all the steps suggested above , now i can open ALM and the service ALM is running but i still can't read my licenses when i open Tia Portal or Simatic Manager. I am on Windows 11 , version 23H2. And my ALM is v6.2 SP3. But in control panel, programs, it seems that i have v6.0 SP9 still installed but corrupted, i cant even uninstall it, it asks for .msi installation file. Any suggestions ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Error "Automation License Manager Service" has not been started! - with Windows 11.

Then, reinstall ALM V6.2 SP3.
