Hi Guys.

I am trying to build a gsd for a DP/PA link similarly to the one shown here:

I was using the GSD tool as shown here (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/79159361) to create the gsd for the link and instrument.
But even when I do this I encounter the following error(when i put this as a DPV1), I have confirmed the address and its correct :


When i change the slave to DPV 0 I get:

When i check the watch table, i don't see anything.
What i tried:
* I am using a profile 3.02 device, tried to used the generic profile for pressure transmitters and it failed. Also played with manually changing the Instruments ID/profile  on the device, still no success.
* Using a different profile 3.02 device doing the same test, no success.
At this point i thought my problem way the my config or setup, so i decided to remove the link and just use the coupler at 45 kps and these are my results:

After all this i am not sure what to do to get that dp/pa link to work, Any advice?

Hi, can you explain how you connect via profibus your device in PA?
