events - want the info displayed on HMI

The event ID I can generate... ( the W#16#38C4 part ) the actual event description I need also to be displayed... now I don't want to write strings for all these events and compare ID's to display them... the CPU diagnostics buffer already displays the code as well as description... how does this get done? I want the info displayed on HMI hence the question...I have attached a picture also to explain and circled the event ID and then the description of the event... like said I can generate the ID but not the description that goes with it...
