Reading Data from an S7200 CPU by an S7300 CPU

autodafos Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I have established communication from an S7300 313C-2DP CPU to an S7200 222 CPU following the examples in entry ID-747743. I used the "X_GET" function and I had no problems when I put in the field "VAR_ADDR" addresses as "P#I 0.0 BYTE 4" ,"P#Q 0.0 BYTE 1" "P#M 5.0 BYTE 10". by using the above addresses Iwas able to readdata from the "I" memory area , the "Q" memory area and the "M" memory area. What happens if I want the S7300 to read datathat are in the V memoryarea of the cpu for example 10 bytes beginning from VB25? Isn't this possible and if it is how should I write it because i tried writing "P#V 25.0 BYTE 10" receiving an error message. Thanks in advance for thehelp[:)]
