Compare an internal tag with a fixed number

Jean-Francois Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	Hello With the ladder edditing, I'm looking to find the way to set an internal tag and then use it to be compared to a fixed value to triguer a specific output according to the value in that tag... (Some kind of very basique multiplexing to save timers) I have a cyclic sequence that should incrementan internal tag from 0 to 1 and then 2 at each cycle and reset to 0 after the third cycle to start again. Then look at the number to choose which output should be trigered Q1 when = 0 Q2 when = 1 Q3 when = 2 I did an "alalog math" to increment by 1 at each cycle but when i try to use an "analog comparator", i couldn't find the way to enter anything else than an physical analog input ? Do i missed something or i started it wrong? Or am i trying to do something reserved to plc programming ?

Try using 3 Up-Down counters, with the first one set to - 0 = on, 1 = off the second set to 1 = on, 2 = off and the third set to 2 = on, 3 = off and then use this output to reset the others. Sorry, no time to make an example, but I have seen somethign like this working well and it is really simple to setup and understand. Cheers
