tullogher Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have made a program in Logo!Soft Comfort to turn on and off motors and solenoids at certain time interval. The program works no problem in simulation. I have transferred the program to the PLC. I have changed the mode to run. When I switch the input I1 on, there is no power to my outputs. I can hear the PLC switching. I have tested the input signal and it seems okay. This is my 1st time wiring a PLC, so please see attached image. Is there something that I am wiring incorrectly? Marcjan Diamond Member Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 3/31/2025 Posts: 5697 Rating: (716)	Your wiring is wrong, the outputs of your logo are relais-contacts. One side of the contact should be on powesupply + Other side to coil, and - of powersupply to coil. Regards, Marcjan

Ishwar Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	you should have to use the outputs of the logo as a switch but also consider the output contact's continuous current carrying capacity, and never connect bigger load from its capacity otherwise output contact will damage. I suggest you to connect a relay to theo/p contact and drive the load through relay.
