Hello Milosh, You need SIMATIC S7 Memory Card for S7-1200 of size 24 MB (6ES7954-8LF01-0AA0) Operating System updates for S7-1200. Ideally if the memory size of the OS Update contents is less than 12 MB then the SIMATIC S7 Memory Card for S7-1200 of size12 MB (6ES7954-8LE01-0AA0) should do. |
