Just like Graeme told us, nothing to do with win7, drive monitor works here sucessfully! |

What kind of connection cable do you use? Did you test it before in another version of WIndows with Starter? Because this thread went to long without any clear solution for the problem I suggest you to openSupport Request Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
