FTP From MP277

ostarated Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Hello, The log files on a MP277 are archived to a folder on the USB drive. Can these files be sent to an off site location via the internet using FTP? If not, how can this be done? Thanks Ted

The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, i think you must archived your data not on a USB drive but via Ethernet to a local PC station. From this you can send the data to FTP Server. Regards

The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, i found a FAQ and in this FAQ are called from some Function which this you can send data from the PLC to a FTP Server. => http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26118915 I never worked before with this Function, but perhaps this info could be helpful for you. Maybe there are manuals how to work with this Function. regards,
