i want to map two same data type but different start address into different data block

because unlike FB108, FB909 does not have end address parameter\

will setting in my attachment allow me to map two different start address into different db?

adress(HEX)  0~999 to db1 and 1000~the rest to db2

yes this is possible. Just define your 1st 1000 Holding Register (0-999) in DB 1 and the following Registers (from 1000 onwards) in DB 2.
