That means you needone LOGO-basic module+ one Expand digital modul to connect (and analyze) all 3 phase of your power-net !!!

I think you want to display a lot of alarms(= main fault indicators) with only some textboxes of the maximal 10. To do this you can use e techniqe i used in the circuit to show 6 (max. 8) status-bits or alarms:

An other way to do this, is not use text, but use numbers to show a big number of different alarms (and explane the meanings at a separate paper at the cover of the LOGO!). You use analoge multiplexer (1 or more) to define "alarm numbers" and controll them with the input pins S1 and S2 of the multiplexer(s). In this way you can showthe "highest" error number (or if you want more) inone textbox for all alarms. If you need more multiplexer (parameters), then you must put a pointer at V1 of the 2. one to the output Ax of the 1. one (and so on) to combine the multiplexer outputs to one summary output. To show the texbox you shoud control them perhaps with the different alarm signals ( with OR-blocks) combined...
