Communication between CP342-5 and CPU317-2DP

AlexPoles Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have this scenario: CPU317-2DP as MASTER must communicate with a SLAVE CP342-5 in an other S7300 station. TheS7-300 stations are non in the same STEP7 project but in 2separated projects. In the first project(the slave's one) I made CP342-5 configuration as slave. I just set the operating mode of the CP as DP-Slave and this should be enough. Then I'll have to program FC1 and FC2 ... But in the second project (the master's one) I'm facing problems when I've to add to the DP Master System the CP342-5 Slave. I drag from the HW catalog the Profibus DpSlave corresponding to the CP342-5 but as I drop it to the Dp Master System it's requested to which slave to connect it ... but the list is empty as in the same project no other stations are existing. So I'm not able to add the Slave to the Dp Master System. Is there another way to configure this the CP342-5 Slave when the stations are not in the same project? Thanks.
