Hello,

I have implemented a logic for Furnace control where i have controlled Temperature using a PID block.

The PID works fine generally but if the system/panel is powered on, PID does give output, but if i download the logic again with no changes, it starts working again properly,

I have called a PID0_Cntrl Sub-routine from another sub-routine named "Logic" and "Logic" subroutine is called from Main Program Block.

Please help!

the behaviour that you speak is not known by me but perhaps it´s this behaviour:
