I have an other questions,

I have downloaded my SIMOTION many times with checking after loading copy Ram to Rom to save the latest status after power off.. in SIMOTION and SINAMICS side.

But always I have to redaownload it again after power back.

Could you advice ?

Split from SIMOSIM button is not active.

we have S71200 PLC which I've made IO Device communication with SIMOTION 425 PNDP. 

I let the customer to set the diagnosis selector at 1 and PLC selector at 0 then I've downloaded the program to SIMOTION , the following error comes.. 

We have to make set factory setting or format memory card then download every thing in SIMOTION side to return to the normal work state..

The laptop has SIMATIC Manager V5.6 ,,

SIMATIC SCOUT V5.2  , and

TIA portal V15.1 UPD 3 and TIA SCOUT V5.3 

Does The differences between SCOUTs TIA and SIMATIC on the same PC make any problems ?

I am using SCOUT V5.3 TIA in my project , at the last modification of my project which I have downloaded it many times but it has still give me differences between the actual program of SIMOTION and the online application program..

what could be the problem ?
