x007alfa Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	Good morning forum, hope you are all doing great :) I have a bit of a problem... I have a new workstation... it's running windows server 2019 Standard... I managed to install Step7 5.6 SR1 and Tia portal 15.1 no problem... Starter doesn't want to cooperate though... Keeps asking for windows server 2016 which I don't want to downgrade to... What is a poor programmer to do in this situation? Thanks for any help :) Fabio

Also difference between windows server 2019 and windows 10 are pretty negligible... What I want to know is if there is a special file to modify with the likes of InstEd or resource hacker to allow for the installation... I'm not gonna downgrade from 2019 to 2016 but I also want to keep working!
