The 300c° was measured without a fan.If the fan maintains the stove temperature at 120°C this does not pose a problem. |

All I can say is that the Niko dimmer module is not suitable for inductive loads (e.g. fans). |

And you have no power supply (230 VAC) by the dimmer module. No wiring on terminals N and L ... |
