828d Comissioning, Incorrect spindle Speed

az2020 Regular Member Joined: 12/20/2020 Last visit: 9/6/2025 Posts: 37 Rating: (1)	We are commissioning a new Sinumerik 828d with BLM and 1PH8 spindle motor +HTL encoder,SMC30 and gear ratio is 1. the spindle show 360 degree for 1 revolution. However, the speed is not correct. if we set the speed to x rpm and 60% override we get 1.45x rpm. We couldn't figure out which parameter might be the reason. any help? And then you have and HTL encoder that is 1:1 ration and this is measurement system 2 using a SMC30 Is this correct? Do you have a gear box? Could you possible share the .ard backup so we can have a look at the parameter settings? Best Regards Riddersholm

May be we made some parameter change and not sure which one.
